Plan Your Mushroom Log Shipment

Share your product, estimated quantity, destination port and preferred arrival date. We will use these details to prepare the product specification and shipment proposal.

1. Choose the product and quantity

   Tell us which mushroom logs you need and whether this is a trial or a regular supply programme. Minimum order and mixed-product options are confirmed for your route.

2. Confirm the specification and quotation

   Review the batch specification, packing, payment terms and agreed trade terms. Freight and delivery timing are confirmed when the shipment is arranged.

3. Agree the export and receiving plan

   Confirm the consignee details, destination documents and cold-chain arrangements. For organic orders, confirm current certification and destination-specific documentation before purchase.

4. Prepare for arrival and fruiting

   Have the receiving area and growing room ready. Inspect the shipment on arrival and follow the batch handling and cultivation guide. Report transport or crop concerns with clear photographs and relevant records.
