Fruiting & arrival guidance

A typical fruiting range is 15–18°C with relative humidity around 80% and good fresh-air exchange; the preferred CO₂ level is 500 ppm or below. Allow for acclimatization after refrigerated transport and follow the shipment-specific hydration and fruiting instructions. Typical first-flush yield is approximately 480–550 g, with approximately 100–150 g in a second flush. Results depend on the batch, transport, hydration and growing-room management.

Export packing & container planning

A standard shiitake loading plan is 720 logs per pallet and 20 pallets per 40-foot reefer container, approximately 14,400 logs in total. Final quantities depend on pallet layout, packing and destination requirements. Ask us to confirm loading details for your order.

Questions before you order

Are these natural timber logs or substrate blocks?

These are manufactured mushroom substrate blocks, commonly called mushroom logs, that have already been colonized for commercial fruiting. They are not natural timber logs or dry substrate mix.

Is the stated yield guaranteed?

No. The figures are production planning references. Transport, hydration, strain and growing-room conditions affect the final result. A trial under your own farm conditions is recommended.

Can you supply organic shiitake logs?

Ask for the current certificate and confirm that the product, exporter and destination are covered before placing an organic order. Availability and documentation are confirmed with the quotation.

Production references are indicative. Confirm the batch specification, current availability and transport instructions before ordering. For organic orders, request the current certification and applicable product and destination scope.
